The Service allows you to bookmark articles and add personal notes for your own reference. Each subscription tier has a bookmark limit (currently 20 for Trader and 100 for Analyst).
Analyst plan subscribers may export analysis reports as PDF files. Exported PDFs are generated on-demand and delivered to your device. Bekodia does not retain copies of exported PDFs. All exported content remains subject to the disclaimers and limitations set forth in these Terms, including the investment disclaimer in Section 8. Exported content is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or commercially exploited.
The Service offers optional push notifications to alert you about market signals and analysis updates, even when your browser is not actively open. Push notifications are entirely optional and require your explicit consent.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, the Munger Deep-Value framework implementation, AI-generated analyses, Investment Thesis content, Hot Stock Signals, software, and the underlying algorithms — are owned by Bekodia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bekodia.

Bekodia's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any term or condition of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Bekodia. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of your use of the Service, including but not limited to sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bekodia regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Bekodia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
The Service may include links to external websites, resources, or content provided by third parties. Bekodia does not exercise control over such external sites, resources, or content. We do not assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, quality, reliability, or legality of any material or information contained in third-party websites or resources accessed through links on our platform.
The inclusion of external links does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation with the linked entities or their content. Bekodia is not responsible for any loss, claim, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party website, resource, or content accessed through links on our Service.
The Service may incorporate reports, comments, notes, analyses, or opinions from third parties. Bekodia does not accept responsibility for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of such third-party information, publications, or analysis reports.
