Troubleshooting common issues
Feed not updating, can't enable push, login problems, and where to get help.

Quick fixes for the most common issues.
My feed isn't updating
- Refresh the page to re-establish the live connection.
- Check that your filters aren't excluding everything — reset them to confirm.
- Remember Free and Trader feeds have a delay (15 and 5 minutes); Analyst is instant.
I can't enable push notifications
- Push requires the Analyst plan.
- Make sure you granted the browser's notification permission.
- On iPhone/iPad, push only works in Safari on iOS 16.4+. See Push notifications.
I can't log in
- Confirm you verified your email after signing up.
- Try a password reset from the login page.
- If you signed up with a specific method, use the same one again.
The feed looks empty
- New to Bekodia? Some views need filters cleared or a plan that unlocks more results. See Plans & pricing.
